Returns and exchanges: as personalized portraits, they are not accepted
returns and exchanges. The portrait has been stamped and confirmed for
shipping from the customer.

Delivery times depend on the difficulty of the
realization of the work. Shipments are exclusively
with Poste Italiane, and delivery times vary from 10 to 30
days; It's customs that are notorious for delaying
deliveries, but post offices all over the world are very serious and,
despite the difficulties, they go out of their way to deliver the
mail.
